Multi-device and family plans

Watching in more than one room? A family plan is simply one connection per screen. Choose 2 devices to watch on two screens at the same time, 3 for three, up to 4. Each total is the plan price multiplied by the number of devices.

The devices don't have to match: a smart TV in the living room and a Firestick in the bedroom can share one order. The table shows the 12-month plan for each number of devices.

    Install a player app on your TV or phone, enter your login, and start watching. Our guides walk you through each app.

Which plan length should I choose?
If you're new, the 1-month plan lets you check the service on your own connection and devices. Once you know it suits you, the 12-month plan costs $5.08 a month per device, against $12.99 on the monthly plan.
How many devices can I use?
Each plan covers one device. To watch on more screens at the same time, choose up to 4 devices in the selector above the plans. The total is the plan price multiplied by the number of devices, and you see it before you order.
What happens when my plan ends?
Your access runs until the end of the period you chose. To keep watching, message us on WhatsApp and pick the plan length you want for the next period.
Can I move my subscription to another device?
Yes. Your login works in any compatible player app, so you can install the app on your new TV or box and sign in there. If you want to watch on more screens at the same time, add devices to your plan instead.
Can I get a refund?
The conditions are set out in our refund policy. If something doesn’t work, message us on WhatsApp first so we can help you fix it.
