  • Your internet If the picture stutters, try an Ethernet cable or 5 GHz Wi-Fi before judging the service.
  • The TV guide Check that it loads and shows the right times for your time zone.
  • Every screen you need If two rooms will watch at the same time, you’ll need two devices on your plan.

Each device gets its own connection. Total = plan price × devices.

Questions people ask

Do I need a credit card for the free trial?
No. The trial form only asks for your name and email address. If you like the service, you choose a plan afterwards; if not, there’s nothing to cancel.
Which device should I use for the trial?
The one you’ll watch on every day, at the time you usually watch. Most people test on a Firestick or a smart TV: our Firestick guide and smart TV guide get you set up in a few minutes.
How do I get my login after ordering?
Tap Order on the plan you want. WhatsApp opens with your plan, number of devices and total already written. Send the message: we confirm your order on WhatsApp and send your login details with the setup steps for your device.
How many devices can I use?
Each plan covers one device. To watch on more screens at the same time, choose up to 4 devices in the selector above the plans. The total is the plan price multiplied by the number of devices, and you see it before you order.
Can I get a refund?
The conditions are set out in our refund policy. If something doesn’t work, message us on WhatsApp first so we can help you fix it.
