Do I need to pay to start the trial?
No. The trial is free. Choose a plan only if you want to keep watching afterwards.
What should I test on?
Use the device you’ll watch on every day. If it’s a Firestick, follow our Firestick setup guide; on an Android TV box, the TiviMate guide is the quickest route.
How do I get my login after ordering?
Tap Order on the plan you want. WhatsApp opens with your plan, number of devices and total already written. Send the message: we confirm your order on WhatsApp and send your login details with the setup steps for your device.
How many devices can I use?
Each plan covers one device. To watch on more screens at the same time, choose up to 4 devices in the selector above the plans. The total is the plan price multiplied by the number of devices, and you see it before you order.
Can I get a refund?
The conditions are set out in our refund policy. If something doesn’t work, message us on WhatsApp first so we can help you fix it.
